What you'll do

As the Spaceport Operations Manager, you will direct and manage the housing accommodations and community services at SpaceX's Starbase. You will develop and implement effective customer service strategies that enhance the experience of residents and visitors alike. Your responsibilities will include coordinating service operations, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring compliance with company training requirements. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and you will be responsible for hiring and developing talent within your team. Additionally, you will manage scheduling and payroll, ensuring that all operational aspects are handled efficiently.
