What you'll do

As a Spaceport Experience Specialist, you will support operations at SpaceX's Starbase location, focusing on onsite events, amenities, and wellness activations. You will lead the creation and distribution of the monthly experience newsletter, ensuring that content is engaging and relevant for employees. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for improvement in shared spaces, making them more functional and inviting for all employees. You will collaborate with various internal teams to bring large-scale initiatives to life, enhancing the overall employee experience at the spaceport.

You will also be responsible for executing day-to-day services and events that contribute to a vibrant workplace culture. Your efforts will help create environments where employees feel valued and motivated, ultimately driving engagement and satisfaction within the SpaceX community. You will play a key role in fostering a sense of belonging and community among employees, ensuring that the spaceport is not just a workplace but a place where people can thrive.
