Desirable

What you'll do

As a Hardware Development Engineer for transceivers at SpaceX, you will take ownership of the yield and reliability of transceiver products from early production stages through to on-orbit operations. You will interface with various teams to drive reliability improvements at all levels, ensuring that the transceivers meet the highest standards of performance and durability. Your responsibilities will include developing design, manufacturing, and test requirements aimed at enhancing the reliability of transceiver products.

You will conduct thorough reliability testing of microelectronic devices, utilizing your expertise in failure analysis to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Your role will require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing insights and recommendations to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be involved in statistical process analysis, leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize processes.
