What you'll do

In this role, you will respond to employee inquiries and provide direction on performance management and employee relations issues. You will operate as a key business partner to various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leaders, focusing on organizational optimization and leadership development. Your responsibilities will include facilitating internal transfers and overseeing HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.

You will work closely with functional HR experts to ensure that programs are tailored to the needs of your client groups, shaping SpaceX-wide HR initiatives. Your role will involve counseling employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws. You will also analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and drive improvements in HR practices.
