Who you are
You have a strong background in automation and controls, with hands-on experience integrating and commissioning electromechanical production systems. Your ability to read and understand system-level schematics, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic designs, sets you apart. You are skilled in building industrial control panels to NFPA 79 & UL standards, ensuring safety and compliance in all your projects. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions for production needs.
You possess a problem-solving mindset and are adept at developing, building, and executing new automation solutions that meet production requirements. Your experience in improving existing automated assets demonstrates your commitment to efficiency and excellence. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Experience with low Earth orbit satellite systems or broadband internet technologies would be a plus. Familiarity with the latest automation tools and technologies will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the Starlink program. What you'll do
As an Automation & Controls Specialist at SpaceX, you will be responsible for the hands-on integration and commissioning of electromechanical production systems.
