Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure and automation. Your expertise in Kubernetes allows you to design and manage scalable systems that support high availability and performance. You are proficient in Linux and have hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker, enabling you to deploy and manage applications efficiently.
You possess a solid understanding of AWS services and have utilized them to build and maintain resilient architectures. Your experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform allows you to automate deployments and manage resources effectively. You are a problem solver who thrives in challenging environments and can troubleshoot complex issues with ease.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, operating, and scaling the infrastructure that powers Starlink, ensuring it meets the demands of millions of users worldwide. You will develop automation solutions to deploy and manage on-premise compute resources, enhancing the efficiency of our operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of highly scalable and maintainable software products that support our satellite constellation.
You will implement best practices for monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning, ensuring that our systems remain reliable and performant. Your role will involve continuous improvement of our infrastructure and processes, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.
