Who you are

You have a proven track record in recruitment, particularly in technical roles, and are adept at identifying and assessing qualified talent to fulfill job orders. Your experience includes managing candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You are comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders and leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver results effectively and timely.

You are skilled in utilizing recruitment tools, such as Bullhorn, to log activities and manage candidate information. Your proactive approach to generating leads through professional relationships and candidate interactions supports business development efforts. You understand the importance of maintaining a candidate skills matrix and actively utilize it in your recruitment activities.

What you'll do

As a Technical Recruiter at Vaco, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates for various technical positions. You will work closely with the sales team to fulfill open job orders while ensuring that candidates are well-informed and supported throughout the hiring process. Your role will involve conducting weekly interviews in line with performance objectives and collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across different lines of business.

You will also be tasked with updating and reviewing the candidate skills matrix, which is vital for recruitment activities. Your ability to generate leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews will be crucial in supporting the business development and sales efforts of the company. You will log all activities, notes, and vital information in Bullhorn to manage and grow your book of business effectively.
