SpotHero is hiring a Venue Partnerships Director to lead the execution of their venue partnership strategy. You'll work closely with various teams to drive revenue and optimize operations for sports and entertainment venues. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in partnership management, ideally within the sports or entertainment sectors — you've successfully built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders and understand the nuances of venue operations. Your strategic mindset allows you to translate high-level goals into actionable plans that drive results. You excel in communication and collaboration, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth — you are comfortable using CRM tools to maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accurately. Your experience in negotiating and closing deals has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex discussions and secure beneficial agreements for all parties involved.

What you'll do

As the Venue Partnerships Director, you will own a portfolio of venue prospects and partners, creating and executing account plans that align with departmental goals. You will lead mid-to-large deal cycles from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the partnership are managed effectively. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Supply/Revenue, Product, and Operations teams, you will deliver integrated solutions that enhance gameday operations and drive revenue.

You will be responsible for building and progressing a balanced pipeline, from major strategic targets to scalable long-tail opportunities. Your role will involve maintaining excellent CRM hygiene and predictable coverage, allowing for accurate forecasting and performance tracking. You will also support your team in executing the venue partnership strategy, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with SpotHero's mission to innovate the parking industry.
