You have experience in managing partnerships and a strong understanding of the podcasting landscape โ you've worked with creators and networks to drive growth and engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop innovative solutions that benefit both creators and listeners.
You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams โ you understand the importance of aligning content, product, and commercial strategies to achieve shared goals. Your ability to analyze market trends helps you identify opportunities for growth in the podcast ecosystem.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and implement strategies that enhance the podcast experience on Spotify โ you will work closely with creators and production partners to help them grow their audiences and build sustainable businesses. You will collaborate with various teams across Spotify to ensure that the needs of creators are met and that they have the tools necessary to succeed.
You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key partners in the podcasting space โ you will act as a liaison between Spotify and creators, ensuring that their feedback is heard and acted upon. Your insights will help shape the future of podcasting on the platform.
