Overview

Asana is hiring a Channel Partner Manager to drive and shape their Channel Partnerships program in Australia & New Zealand. You'll work closely with the Head of APJ Channel Partnerships to build and grow revenue-driving partnerships. This role requires strong relationship management and strategic planning skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing partnerships and driving revenue growth — your experience in channel management has equipped you with the skills to identify and onboard scaled services partners effectively. You understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with partners and have a knack for developing go-to-market plans that can scale across regions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

You possess excellent communication skills — you can articulate strategies and metrics clearly to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Your analytical mindset allows you to track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure partner success. You are results-driven and take ownership of your quota and performance metrics, always striving to exceed expectations.

Desirable

Experience in the software or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the Australian and New Zealand markets. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and methodologies that can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with the Head of APJ Channel Partnerships to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue through partnerships. Your responsibilities will include tracking key performance metrics to gauge partner success and making data-driven decisions to optimize partnership outcomes.

You will maintain ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring they have the capabilities to provide post-sales services and grow their accounts effectively. You will support the global Channel Partnerships team in building scalable programs that enhance partnerships and alliances. Your role will require you to collaborate with various teams within Asana to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
