Who you are
You are an experienced Sales Engineer with over 7 years of experience in cybersecurity presales or working with IT security-oriented tools. Your expertise spans security domains including Identity and Access Management, incident response, SaaS, and OSINT. You excel at articulating complex technical solutions to diverse audiences, ensuring that even those with varying levels of domain knowledge can understand the value of the solutions you present.
You are self-motivated and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment, adept at managing multiple demands while maintaining a focus on delivering the best solutions to your customers. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively as part of a smart team, driving channel partnerships through solution architect and subject matter expert engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with our Enterprise sales team to present SpyCloud solutions tailored for unique customer use cases and environments. You will leverage SpyCloud data to hunt adversaries and criminals, applying this intelligence to specific customer situations. Your technical expertise will be crucial as you conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and requirements analysis, ensuring that potential clients fully understand the capabilities and benefits of our offerings.
You will also be responsible for managing the technical sales cycle, guiding customers through evaluations and ensuring that their needs are met with precision. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly will be essential in building trust and rapport with clients, ultimately leading to successful sales outcomes.
