Who you are

You hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and you have a solid understanding of the financial domain, particularly with listed asset classes such as Equities and Derivatives. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple regions, ensuring smooth operations and support for trading activities.

You have experience working in Linux-based environments, which is essential for managing the technical aspects of trading flows. Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python, is crucial for creating and maintaining internal tools and scripts that facilitate trading operations. Your analytical mindset allows you to conduct thorough analyses and provide valuable feedback on changes in production.

What you'll do

In your role as a Support Analyst, you will coordinate the on-boarding and migration of trading flows, working closely with technology and business stakeholders. You will conduct scheduled pipe cleaning activities with regional trading desks and operations, ensuring that new asset classes are ready for trading. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and planning for ongoing on-boarding and migration projects, as well as providing assistance to trade floor support and operations on any queries related to trading flows.

You will gatekeep the production environment by reviewing changes in the technology space, ensuring that all modifications are approved and gaps are identified before implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance the efficiency of trading operations and support the overall trading strategy of the firm.
