You have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of global rewards strategies and have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective compensation programs. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market trends and align compensation structures with business goals. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, working closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex compensation concepts to diverse audiences. You are passionate about creating equitable and competitive compensation frameworks that attract and retain top talent.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Wayflyer’s global compensation and benefits strategy. You will analyze market data to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Collaborating with various departments, you will design and implement innovative benefits programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
