You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the programmatic advertising space, and understand the intricacies of client relationships. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to drive adoption of technology platforms, ensuring clients see measurable results from their campaigns. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize client satisfaction and campaign performance.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams alike. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that clients achieve their marketing goals. You are proactive in seeking out account expansion opportunities and are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with managing enterprise-level clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play an integral part in managing client relationships and driving the adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Ad Operations Specialists to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and that clients receive the highest level of service. Your focus will be on maximizing campaign ROI, utilizing data-driven insights to inform your strategies and recommendations.
You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, guiding them through the platform's features, and ensuring they understand how to leverage the technology for their marketing needs. As you build strong relationships with enterprise brands and agencies, you will identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional services. Your role will also involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.
