Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in programmatic media buying and account management, demonstrating a strong ability to foster client relationships and drive user adoption of marketing platforms. Your expertise in optimizing campaigns ensures that clients achieve their desired outcomes, and you have a knack for identifying account expansion opportunities that benefit both the client and the company.
You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make informed decisions. Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives and Client Service support, to maximize campaign ROI. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are adaptable to the needs of your clients and team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will work closely with your Account Executives and Client Service support teams to ensure clients are satisfied with their campaign performance. Your responsibilities will include optimizing campaigns using your RTB/Programmatic media buying experience and developing unique solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for account expansion and retention, ensuring that clients are not only satisfied but also see the value in continuing their partnership with StackAdapt. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide insights that drive measurable results across their marketing efforts.
