Your experience has equipped you with the skills to foster post-sales client relationships and drive user adoption of marketing platforms. You understand the intricacies of campaign management and are adept at identifying account expansion opportunities. Your analytical mindset allows you to optimize campaigns effectively, ensuring clients achieve maximum ROI.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Executives and Client Service support teams to deliver exceptional service. Your communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly, making you a trusted advisor to clients. You are proactive in addressing client needs and are always looking for innovative solutions to enhance their campaign performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their performance. Your expertise in programmatic media buying will be crucial as you optimize campaigns and develop unique solutions tailored to client needs. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for account expansion, working to retain clients and enhance their overall experience with StackAdapt.
