Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, particularly in the realm of programmatic advertising. Your experience allows you to effectively manage post-sales client relationships, ensuring user adoption of the StackAdapt platform and maximizing campaign ROI. You are skilled in campaign management and have a proven track record of client retention and account expansion. Your analytical mindset helps you develop unique solutions that enhance client satisfaction and campaign performance.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales managers and client service support teams. Your ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams ensures that you can maximize the impact of marketing campaigns. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of the metrics that drive successful marketing strategies. You are also adaptable, able to navigate the fast-paced world of digital marketing and respond to client needs promptly.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered marketing platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with automated optimization processes. You may also have a background in data analytics, which can further enhance your ability to drive measurable results for clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play an integral part in managing client relationships post-sale. You will focus on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, ensuring that clients are fully utilizing the features available to them. Your responsibilities will include optimizing campaigns based on performance data and client feedback, as well as identifying opportunities for account expansion. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support.

You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations to clients. This involves not only understanding the technical aspects of the StackAdapt platform but also being able to communicate insights effectively to clients. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising, allowing you to provide informed guidance to your clients.
