Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building relationships with clients, including C-level executives, and have a deep understanding of customer needs and objectives. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop initiatives that align with both customer goals and company capabilities. You are ambitious and driven, always looking for ways to maximize sales activities and achieve quotas. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can adapt your communication style to connect with various stakeholders within an organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for strategically developing initiatives targeted at specific accounts and markets. You will work closely with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how NICE can assist them in achieving their objectives. Your focus will be on maximizing sales activities and achieving quotas by prospecting for new accounts. You will establish high-revenue, multi-year business plans with target accounts, ensuring that you grow the wallet share in assigned accounts. You will provide critical insights to customers that enhance credibility and contribute to NICE's market leadership position.
