You have 5+ years of experience in programmatic media buying and account management — you've successfully managed client relationships and driven user adoption of marketing platforms. Your analytical mindset allows you to optimize campaigns effectively, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI.
Your expertise in programmatic advertising is complemented by a strong understanding of data analytics — you can interpret campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts to clients and internal stakeholders alike. Your proactive approach to problem-solving ensures that you can address client concerns swiftly and effectively.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered marketing platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with automated optimization processes. You are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and SQL to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights. A background in digital marketing or advertising technology will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Client Service support teams to ensure clients are satisfied with their campaign performance. Your responsibilities will include optimizing campaigns based on performance data and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
You will leverage your programmatic media buying experience to develop unique solutions that meet client needs and drive measurable results. By analyzing campaign performance metrics, you will provide insights and recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals. Your role will also involve conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.
