Your ability to analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SQL allows you to provide actionable insights that drive results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Executives and Client Service teams to maximize campaign ROI. Your communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged throughout their journey with StackAdapt.

You are detail-oriented and possess a strategic mindset, allowing you to identify account expansion opportunities and implement unique solutions tailored to client needs. Your experience in managing post-sales client relationships equips you with the skills necessary to enhance user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You are passionate about leveraging technology to empower marketers and drive measurable results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play an integral part in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure clients are satisfied with their campaign performance. Your responsibilities will include optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights, utilizing your programmatic media buying experience to enhance client outcomes. You will also identify opportunities for account expansion, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

You will be responsible for maximizing campaign ROI, analyzing performance metrics, and providing clients with actionable recommendations. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to keep them informed about campaign progress and results. You will also contribute to the development of best practices for campaign management, ensuring that the team is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed. Your ability to work in a remote-first environment will be essential, as you will collaborate with teams across different locations to drive client success.
