Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in programmatic media buying and account management — you've successfully managed client relationships and driven user adoption of marketing platforms. Your analytical skills are strong, allowing you to optimize campaigns effectively and ensure client satisfaction. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI. Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to articulate complex strategies to clients and internal teams alike. You are familiar with the latest trends in programmatic advertising and are eager to implement innovative solutions for your clients.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered marketing platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with automated optimization technologies. A background in digital marketing or advertising agencies will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Client Service support teams to ensure that clients are satisfied with their campaign performance. Your responsibilities will include optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights and providing unique solutions to enhance client satisfaction. You will also identify account expansion opportunities and work to retain clients through exceptional service and support. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded.
