Who you are

You have a strong background in programmatic advertising and media buying, with experience in optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. Your ability to build and maintain client relationships is key, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients post-sale. You understand the intricacies of user adoption and are skilled at driving client retention and account expansion opportunities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Executives and Client Service support teams to deliver exceptional results. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that clients achieve their campaign goals. You are located in the Pacific time zone, ideally in the Pacific Northwest, and are comfortable in a remote-first work environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play an integral part in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will oversee campaign management, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their campaign performance and that their needs are met. Your expertise in programmatic media buying will be crucial as you optimize campaigns and develop unique solutions tailored to each client's objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI and identify opportunities for account expansion. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns they may have. You will also analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for future strategies, ensuring that clients are consistently achieving measurable results.
