You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate the challenges of high-volume data processing — your expertise allows you to optimize systems that handle millions of requests per second. What you'll do

As a Lead Engineer at StackAdapt, you will oversee the backend engineering team responsible for the data export and data warehouse systems — your role will involve designing and implementing scalable solutions that support the company's high-performance marketing platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to ensure that the data infrastructure meets the needs of the business and enhances the overall user experience.

You will lead the development of new features and improvements to existing systems, ensuring that they are robust, efficient, and scalable. Your responsibilities will include conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and mentoring team members to help them grow in their roles. You will also be involved in evaluating and integrating new technologies that can enhance the platform's capabilities and performance.
