What you'll do

As the Manager of Client Services at StackAdapt, you will lead a high-performing team of Account Managers, focusing on driving account retention and uncovering growth opportunities. You will oversee major client initiatives, ensuring that your team delivers industry-leading customer service and builds strong relationships with key customers. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Client Services to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
