You have a strong background in sales leadership, particularly within the programmatic advertising ecosystem — your experience includes successfully selling complex solutions to Fortune 500 brands and leading advertising agencies. You understand the nuances of enterprise sales and have a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

You are an inspiring leader who thrives on coaching and developing a high-performing sales team — you foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment that encourages team members to excel. Your ability to craft and execute winning sales strategies is complemented by your analytical mindset, allowing you to identify market opportunities and trends effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of StackAdapt's solutions to diverse stakeholders — your experience in consultative selling equips you to engage with clients at all levels, from marketing teams to C-suite executives. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance marketing efforts and drive measurable results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the enterprise sales strategy for StackAdapt in the West region of the United States — you will oversee a team of 6+ consultative sellers, guiding them to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your leadership will be crucial in crafting a sales strategy that captures regional market share and positions StackAdapt as a leader in enterprise programmatic solutions.

You will work closely with the VP of Enterprise to align sales initiatives with the company's overall growth objectives — your insights will help shape the direction of the sales team and the strategies employed to engage enterprise clients. You will also be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Your role will involve analyzing market trends and performance metrics to refine sales strategies — you will leverage data to make informed decisions that drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within your team, ensuring that each member is supported in their professional development and success.
