You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in enterprise sales, with a focus on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your experience includes developing and executing outbound-focused sales strategies that align with company goals. You excel in mentoring and enabling teams to exceed targets through structured training and development. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Experience, Product, and Revenue Operations, to create effective go-to-market plans.

You possess strong leadership qualities and have successfully led high-performing teams in previous roles. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels is a key strength. You are driven by innovation and are eager to make an impact in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You understand the importance of agility and adaptability in business planning and performance management.

What you'll do

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition in the West Region. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute sales growth strategies that are focused on outbound efforts. Your role will involve partnering with regional and global leadership to align on effective go-to-market plans. You will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on hiring, mentoring, and enabling them to consistently exceed their sales targets.
