Overview

Tonal is seeking a Sales Manager to build their B2B commercial business from the ground up. You'll drive outreach and establish Tonal as a premier strength platform across various commercial verticals. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on execution.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with experience in building commercial businesses from the ground up. Your ability to establish and nurture relationships is key — you understand the importance of connecting with stakeholders across various sectors, including multifamily housing and corporate wellness. You thrive in execution-focused roles and are comfortable leveraging your network to drive sales initiatives. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify and open new distribution channels effectively.

You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of different commercial verticals, including homebuilders, private clubs, and fitness facility management. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate Tonal's value proposition clearly and persuasively. You are driven by results and have a strong sense of accountability in achieving sales targets.

What you'll do

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales across priority verticals. This includes outreach, qualification, and deal execution in high-value segments such as multi-family operators and corporate wellness facilities. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Partnerships to activate Tonal's commercial vision and execute the sales playbook. Your role will involve running a disciplined outbound motion, ensuring that you are consistently engaging with potential clients and partners.

You will also be tasked with establishing Tonal as the premier strength platform in various environments where people live, work, travel, and play. This means understanding the unique needs of each vertical and tailoring your approach accordingly. You will be expected to track your progress against sales goals and report on your activities regularly, ensuring transparency and alignment with the broader business objectives.
