Who you are

You have a strong background in the B2B sector, particularly in industries such as industrial, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, agriculture, transportation, or automotive. As a Senior Director, Client Service, you possess strategic thinking skills and have a proven track record of managing client relationships effectively. You thrive in an autonomous role, taking ownership of your book of business and driving growth through strong leadership.

Your experience includes leading teams and fostering client relationships that result in business success. You understand the nuances of the B2B landscape and can navigate complex client needs with ease. You are adept at developing strategies that align with client goals and drive mutual success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Client Service and will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth. Your leadership will be crucial in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align client objectives with company capabilities, ensuring that all client interactions are positive and productive.
