StackAdapt is hiring a Sales Director for their Ecommerce team to lead a high-performing group of Account Executives. You'll focus on driving new programmatic advertising revenue from Ecommerce brands. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the eCommerce sector, with a focus on programmatic advertising. Your experience includes building and managing high-performing teams, where you've empowered Account Executives to achieve and exceed their sales targets. You understand the nuances of the marketing technology landscape and can effectively communicate the value of innovative solutions to clients.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with both your team and clients. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them. You thrive in a remote-first environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to lead a team effectively from a distance.

What you'll do

As the Sales Director for Ecommerce at StackAdapt, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6–10 Account Executives, focusing on driving new programmatic advertising revenue. You will report directly to the Head of Ecommerce Sales and play a crucial role in accelerating customer acquisition and expanding the company's footprint within the Ecommerce vertical. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, setting performance targets, and mentoring your team to achieve their goals.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product offerings, enabling your team to effectively engage with clients. Your role will also involve analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in a competitive market.
