Your experience includes managing teams of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, and operationalizing success across various sales functions. You excel at building relationships with high-performance eCommerce clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive measurable results.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Your leadership style is collaborative, empowering your team to achieve their best while maintaining a focus on results. You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and have a deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, which enables you to effectively communicate the value of StackAdapt's offerings to potential clients.

Desirable

Experience in programmatic advertising and a strong network within the eCommerce industry would be advantageous. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing solutions and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance sales processes will set you apart.

What you'll do

As the Head of eCommerce Sales at StackAdapt, you will lead and scale a dynamic sales team focused on driving revenue growth within the eCommerce vertical. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and be responsible for managing Sales Directors and multiple teams of Account Executives. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring that your teams are equipped to meet and exceed their targets.
