Stacks is hiring a Customer Success Manager - Accounting to transform finance processes for mid to large enterprises. You'll collaborate closely with the founder to create and execute the go-to-market strategy. This role requires a commercially driven mindset and a passion for customer success.

You are a fiercely ambitious and entrepreneurial individual with a strong background in customer success, particularly in the accounting domain. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
You possess a deep understanding of the finance industry and the challenges finance teams face during the monthly close process. Your ability to empathize with customers allows you to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Stacks. You are commercially driven and have a knack for developing strategies that align with business goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be one of the first Customer Success hires at Stacks, working closely with the founder to shape the go-to-market strategy. You will engage with customers to understand their pain points and ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, providing training, and offering ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will also analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Collaborating with the product team, you will relay customer insights that inform product development and enhancements. Your role will be pivotal in building long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they see the value in our innovative approach to the monthly close process.
