You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or IoT sectors. You understand the importance of data analytics and how it can drive business decisions, and you are comfortable discussing technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are skilled at providing tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Your experience in managing customer accounts allows you to anticipate challenges and address them before they escalate. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and followed up appropriately. You are also adaptable and willing to take on new challenges as they arise in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Geotab, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our IoT solutions. You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback on our products and services. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to advocate for customer needs and drive improvements.

You will analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that can benefit their operations. You will also develop and deliver training sessions to help customers maximize the value of their Geotab solutions. Your goal is to foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they see the value in our offerings and remain loyal to Geotab.
