Desirable

Experience in cross-border payment solutions or enterprise-grade payment systems is a plus — familiarity with stablecoin issuers and BaaS platforms will enhance your ability to drive impactful partnerships. A background in fintech or experience working with payment service providers will give you an edge in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead global business development initiatives focused on expanding the adoption of the Stellar network for high-value payment solutions. You will identify, source, and close partnerships with enterprise payment players, including banks, MTOs, PSPs, corporates, and fintechs. Your efforts will create and manage a global pipeline of high-value opportunities that drive payment volume and long-term ecosystem growth.

You will work closely with ecosystem partners to accelerate real-world utility on Stellar — your strategic vision will help scale throughput and open new corridors for enterprise usage of Stellar’s on-chain payment rails. You will be responsible for negotiating strategic partnerships that enhance the Stellar network's capabilities and reach.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and market strategies. You will also engage with regional market stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions that leverage the Stellar network effectively.
