You possess strong negotiation skills and have a proven track record of managing high-value opportunities — you can create and maintain a global pipeline that drives payment volume and fosters long-term ecosystem growth. Your ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including payment service providers and corporates, allows you to accelerate real-world utility on blockchain platforms.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead global business development initiatives focused on expanding the adoption of the Stellar network for enterprise-grade payment solutions. You will identify, source, and close partnerships with key players in the payments industry, including banks, money transfer operators, and stablecoin issuers. Your strategic vision will help you create and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities that drive payment volume and enhance the Stellar ecosystem.

You will work closely with ecosystem partners to negotiate strategic agreements that scale throughput and open new corridors for payments. Your expertise in payments will be crucial as you deepen enterprise usage of Stellar’s on-chain payment rails, ensuring that the technology meets the needs of various stakeholders in the financial sector.
