What you'll do

In this role, you will own and continuously refine Stellar's Solutions Engineering program, developing engagement models and partner tiering strategies that enhance collaboration and efficiency. You will lead a team of solutions engineers, providing mentorship and guidance as they work on high-impact projects that drive the adoption of the Stellar network. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical discovery process, ensuring that solutions are designed with scalability and future-proofing in mind. You will also be accountable for the successful launch of production-grade integrations, working closely with partners to provide ongoing support and address any challenges that arise.

You will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the Solutions Engineering function, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts with the broader goals of the organization.
