What you'll do

You will guide clients from initial discovery through implementation, ensuring their long-term success with the platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and support to clients, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the integration process.
