Dispatch is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead customer-facing engagements throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with Sales and Client Service Management to understand customer workflows and technical environments.

You are detail-oriented and have a problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience in the financial advisory industry or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with data management tools and software integration will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable with technical documentation and have a proactive approach to learning new technologies. A background in software engineering or technical support can also be beneficial as you navigate customer technical environments.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Dispatch, you will be the technical lead for customer engagements, guiding clients through the entire lifecycle from sales to implementation and ongoing support. You will partner closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that fit their workflows. Your role will involve conducting technical assessments and providing insights into how Dispatch's offerings can streamline client data management. You will also collaborate with account management to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction post-launch.
