What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a pivotal technical problem solver, addressing both trivial and mid-level technical matters related to publisher integrations. You will work closely with the strategic partnerships team to understand their needs and the requirements of customers. Your responsibilities will include contributing to new documentation that helps streamline processes and improve communication across teams. You will also engage in discrepancy management, ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
