You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demonstrating a strong ability to lead and evolve operational infrastructures. You understand the intricacies of planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms within a marketing context. Your experience includes connecting day-to-day marketing operations with executive priorities, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for driving efficiency across cross-functional teams. You are adept at managing tools and systems that facilitate effective communication and project visibility. You believe in the power of movement and are motivated to help others achieve their best active lives.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced marketing environment is a plus, as is familiarity with tools that enhance marketing operations. A background in sports or fitness-related industries could provide valuable insights into Strava's mission and audience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the operational infrastructure for Strava's Marketing organization, focusing on planning, prioritization, and execution. You will connect daily marketing operations with executive priorities, ensuring that the CMO and other leaders are informed and aligned. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor relationships and enabling project visibility across teams. You will work closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Athlete & Community Partnerships to ensure that the marketing teams are focused on high-impact work. You will also be responsible for scaling how marketing gets work done efficiently and effectively, fostering collaboration and clarity within the team. Regular travel to the San Francisco office will be required to maintain strong connections with the broader team.
