You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring and growing SMB customers. Your analytical ability allows you to manage complex sales cycles effectively, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can solve complex client needs. You possess superior verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally. You are motivated to operate in ambiguous situations and can adapt your strategies to meet the evolving needs of your clients.
Desirable
Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with consultative sales approaches. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to make every interaction positive, regardless of the deal size. Your ability to generate leads through various methods, including cold calling and networking, sets you apart from your peers.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Stripe, you will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with SMBs and Platforms. You will identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads and outbound prospecting, developing and implementing strategies to drive new logo acquisition and product adoption. Your role will involve collaborating with product, sales, risk, and operations teams to enhance the Stripe platform based on client feedback. You will also be responsible for generating your own leads through various channels, ensuring that every potential Stripe user has a positive experience.
