Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing complex sales cycles and exceeding targets. Your analytical ability allows you to understand and solve complex client needs effectively, and you thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You possess superior verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally. You are motivated and have a knack for generating leads through various methods, including cold calling and networking.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Stripe, you will identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads and outbound prospecting. You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close for SMBs and Platforms, developing and implementing strategies to drive new logo acquisition and product adoption. Your role will involve solving complex client needs and collaborating with product, sales, risk, and operations teams to enhance our platform. You will make every potential Stripe user happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size, and work diligently to understand users' pain points to propose effective solutions.
