Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and are fluent in both Portuguese and English. Your experience includes developing outbound strategies and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen interest in technology and the payments landscape.
You possess superior verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to navigate complex negotiations and build value in competitive situations sets you apart. Previous experience in payments sales is a plus, as is a deep understanding of the technology space.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Stripe, you will identify new business opportunities in the Portuguese market and execute long-term sales strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development Representatives, Product Sales, and Solutions Engineering, to ensure alignment on technical and business requirements. Your responsibilities will include driving deal strategy and managing commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals.
You will be responsible for account mapping and coordinating effective meetings with external stakeholders to expand customer relationships. Your role will also involve working with the Regional Partnerships team to drive bespoke commercial agreements, ensuring that Stripe's offerings meet the needs of high-growth technology companies and traditional enterprises.
