Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in identifying and activating potential partners — your experience includes high-volume outreach and managing the sales cycle from start to finish. You excel in communication, adapting your pitch to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders, ensuring that the value proposition of Uber Eats resonates with potential restaurant partners.

You are comfortable with tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace, using them to maintain a quality pipeline and track your progress effectively. Your ability to negotiate contracts ensures that both Uber Eats and the restaurant partners achieve sustainable economic conditions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by results, always looking for ways to improve your sales techniques and outcomes.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Uber Eats, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with the best restaurants in your market. You will conduct a high volume of cold calls and email outreach to connect with decision-makers, qualifying leads and advancing opportunities through the sales funnel. You will refine your sales pitch continuously, enhancing your messaging and qualification techniques to improve your success rate.

You will communicate Uber Eats' value proposition clearly, tailoring it to the specific needs of each restaurant partner. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring that each restaurant is onboarded successfully and begins operations on the platform with optimal performance. You will work closely with the Sales Team Lead, receiving coaching and support to enhance your skills and effectiveness in the role.
