You have a proven track record of leadership in the Payments or SaaS domain, with extensive experience in scaling deal management or contract audit functions. Your background includes a strong focus on operational efficiency and user experience, allowing you to drive significant improvements in deal cycles. You possess a builder's mindset, passionate about creating new systems and solving problems through infrastructure and automation. Your expertise in Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies equips you to minimize operational friction effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various internal teams to achieve strategic objectives. Your ability to question assumptions and innovate is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As the Head of Monetization and Contract Success, you will lead the newly formed MACS team, focusing on building and scaling operations to enhance efficiency in deal cycles. You will define the functional space and set the strategic direction for the team, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience post-contract execution. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop commercial constructs that drive efficiency. You will be responsible for shaping business decisions through data-driven insights and operational rigor, championing technology-enabled solutions that align with Stripe's growth objectives.
