What you'll do

As the Fraud Operations Manager at Stripe, you will lead the Fraud Operations Center in Bangalore, overseeing a team of leaders and senior operators responsible for core fraud investigations. You will be accountable for operational excellence across fraud review workflows, setting the operating cadence, and defining team metrics to ensure high-quality outcomes. Your role will involve strengthening the decision-making process and scaling operations through effective tooling and vendor partnerships.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science and engineering, to enhance fraud detection and prevention strategies. Your hands-on approach will ensure that you remain engaged with the day-to-day operations while also driving strategic initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of the fraud operations team.
