Who you are

You are a motivated individual with a strong user-first mindset, capable of engaging in both business-level and technical conversations. You have the ability to understand complex requirements and craft custom solutions that meet the needs of highly technical founders. Your analytical and quantitative capabilities are superior, and you are comfortable with basic modeling. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. You thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, demonstrating a strong interest in technology and its applications in business.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Stripe, you will own the full sales cycle from lead to close for startups, identifying high-potential prospective users from inbound leads. You will lead and contribute to team projects aimed at developing and refining our sales process, which includes engaging with Accelerators and VC firms. Your role will involve collaborating with Product, Marketing, and User Operations teams to amplify Stripe's growth trajectory. You will manage relationships with founders of the fastest growing venture-backed companies, ensuring they become happy Stripe users through effective onboarding and support.
