Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in a customer-facing role at a high-growth technology company. Your background includes working within the startup ecosystem, either as a founder or an operator in a fast-scaling company. You possess a strong understanding of business models and monetization strategies, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of Stripe's solutions to potential clients. You thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to adapt and find solutions quickly.

Experience in the payments industry is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs. Familiarity with the startup landscape and the challenges faced by founders will enable you to build strong relationships and provide valuable insights. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for creating partnerships between Stripe and the most innovative and fastest-growing founders of funded startups in your region. You will help these startups understand how Stripe's financial infrastructure and solutions can support their growth ambitions and create a competitive advantage for their businesses. Your day-to-day activities will involve identifying new opportunities for clients to leverage Stripe's growing product suite, conducting outreach to potential partners, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
You will engage with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that align with their business goals. By fostering strong relationships with startup founders and their teams, you will play a crucial role in driving Stripe's growth in the startup ecosystem. You will also stay informed about industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform your approach and enhance your effectiveness in the role.
