Who you are
You have experience in fintech and a strong understanding of payments and card networks — you've successfully managed complex partnerships and understand the intricacies of merchant acquiring. Your ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, sets you apart in your field. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and negotiate effectively with partners. You thrive in a product-focused environment with many dependencies, and you are adept at balancing multiple priorities while driving projects to completion.
Desirable
Experience with large, complex, cross-functional projects is a plus, as is familiarity with the financial services landscape. You are comfortable working with various internal teams, including product, engineering, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and success in your initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead one of Stripe's network partnerships, focusing on developing and managing relationships with key partners such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You will drive special projects related to these partnerships, balancing the management of key relationships with the development of internal strategies and business cases. Your responsibilities will include negotiating deals and coordinating priorities with both internal teams and external partners. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that Stripe's product strategy aligns with partner capabilities and market needs.
