Who you are
You have a strong background in real estate strategy and portfolio management, with proven experience in developing actionable plans that align with business objectives. Your analytical skills allow you to evaluate trade-offs and develop strategic options effectively. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and can balance rigor with speed and pragmatism. Your ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives makes you a valuable asset to any team.
Familiarity with workplace and real estate concepts is a plus, including portfolio optimization, occupancy and capacity planning, lease economics, capital planning, and total cost of occupancy. You possess strong judgment and can influence decision-making across various stakeholders. Your collaborative nature enables you to work closely with teams in Workplace, Finance, and People to guide critical investment and footprint decisions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the development and management of Stripe’s real estate portfolio strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s long-range planning. You will conduct strategic analyses and create scenarios that inform decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include evaluating trade-offs and developing strategic options that guide investment decisions. You will partner closely with various teams to translate business and workforce priorities into actionable portfolio plans, ensuring that Stripe’s real estate footprint supports its mission and values.
You will also be responsible for driving initiatives that optimize the real estate portfolio, focusing on maximizing occupancy and capacity while minimizing costs. Your insights will help shape the future of Stripe’s workplace environments, making them inspiring and comfortable for employees. You will report to the Head of Real Estate Portfolio Strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
