Who you are
You have a strong background in partner development and management, ideally with experience in the financial services or payments industry. You are an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a cross-functional role, capable of influencing outcomes with a C-level audience. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently in ambiguous situations. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, which enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and you are willing to travel as needed.
What you'll do
As a Partner Development Manager at Stripe, you will be responsible for cultivating and developing partnerships with consulting/services and technology firms. This role is both relationship-focused and revenue-generating, requiring daily collaboration with regional sales teams. You will execute Stripe’s global partner programs, which include partner marketing, enablement, and co-selling initiatives. Your efforts will drive partner participation and engagement, ultimately unlocking market opportunities for Stripe across various segments from startups to enterprise companies. You will also be tasked with managing high-value deals and ensuring that partnerships align with Stripe’s mission to enhance the global economy.
